DTF (Direct-to-Film) Solution

✅ Core Principle Print graphics with CMYK + white ink on PET release film (white ink is mandatory for dark fabrics). Hot-melt adhesive powder is applied and cured during printing to form a transfer film. Use a heat press (120~160℃) to transfer the graphic onto textiles. Peel off the PET liner after cooling, and the pattern remains on the fabric.

✅ 4-Step Workflow

1. Printing: DTF printer prints CMYK and white ink onto PET film.

2. Powder Coating & Shaking: Apply hot-melt powder and shake off excess powder.

3. Curing: Oven heating fuses powder onto the ink layer.

4. Heat Transfer: Press onto fabric with heat press, cool down and peel liner to finish.

✅ Compatible Materials (Textile-focused) Cotton, polyester, poly-cotton blend, nylon, silk, denim, canvas, fleece, leather, mesh fabric. Works on both light and dark textiles.

Note: Regular DTF is for textiles only. For hard substrates, use UV DTF instead.
