核心原理 先在 PET 离型薄膜上打印图案（CMYK + 白墨，深色面料必须白墨打底），打印同时撒热熔胶粉、烘干固化，得到一张带图案的烫画膜；后期使用热压机（120~160℃），将膜上图案热压转印到面料上，撕掉 PET 底膜，图案便留在布料表面。Core Principle Print graphics with CMYK + white ink on PET release film (white ink is mandatory for dark fabrics). Hot-melt adhesive powder is applied and cured during printing to form a transfer film. Use a heat press (120~160℃) to transfer the graphic onto textiles. Peel off the PET liner after cooling, and the pattern remains on the fabric.
